Can you handle a project from design to installation?
Yes. Our scope includes site surveys, design, supply, integration, testing, operator training and maintenance options. The exact deliverables are agreed in your project proposal.
Do you work outside Uttarakhand?
Yes. TBS is based in Dehradun and delivers projects across India. Share your site location so we can discuss the execution and support arrangements.
Can you integrate with our existing equipment?
We assess your existing equipment and compatibility during the initial survey, then recommend what can be retained and where upgrades are needed.
What support is available after installation?
Training, documentation and AMC / CAMC support options are available, including terms of up to five years. Coverage, response times and exclusions are set out in the agreed contract.
