How we handle your information

When you submit an enquiry or feedback form, Tirupati Business Solutions stores the name, organisation, email address, selected service, rating and message you choose to provide. We use enquiry details to respond to your request. Feedback is reviewed internally and is never published automatically.

The forms use a session cookie for request protection. To limit repeated submissions, the server stores a hashed network address and submission count. Theme and language preferences are stored locally in your browser and are not used to identify you.

The Contact page can load an embedded Google Map. Google may process technical request information under its own privacy terms when the map loads. This website does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics, although the hosting server may retain standard security and access logs.

Enquiries and feedback remain available only to authenticated administrators until deleted. To request deletion, email info@tbs.solutions.
